Start with smooth, exfoliated skin — use an oil-free body scrub beforehand for the most even finish. Apply the lotion in even strokes across your whole body and leave it uncleansed; wash your hands well once you're done. Colour develops within 8 to 12 hours.

Repeat two to three times a week to build and maintain your tan.
