We focus on natural cosmetics. Many products are COSMOS or Ecocert certified, and Vegan Fox products are vegan and cruelty-free. Certifications and the full ingredient list (INCI) are shown on each product page.

Check the ingredient list on the product page and look for fragrance-free options. We always recommend a patch test before first use. If you have a specific allergy, read the INCI list carefully or contact us.

maar perfume oils are alcohol-free roll-ons and typically last more than 12 hours on the skin. They can also be applied to hair.

Yes. Several Magrada products – shampoos, conditioners, hair masks and home fragrances – are available as larger refill packs to reduce packaging waste. We also offer curated gift sets from LUUV, Berrichi, Usva, Vegan Fox and Magrada.

The leg&go Balance Bike 3in1 grows with your child from about 6 months to 6 years. Add-ons such as the Rocking Elephant (6–18 months) attach to the bike, so the bike itself is required for assembly.

Large or heavy items are shipped directly by the brand, sometimes in several packages that may arrive on different days. Delivery can take longer than for other products; the estimated delivery time is shown on the product page where available.

We currently ship to Germany and Poland.

Our products are shipped directly from the brands' warehouses, so each brand in your order is sent as a separate parcel and shipping is calculated per brand. Germany: free shipping for a brand from €79, otherwise €5.99 per brand. Poland: free from 250 zł per brand, otherwise 29 zł. The exact cost is shown at checkout before payment.

Orders placed before 23:59 (GMT+2) are shipped on the next business day. Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Yes, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. Just let us know by email at hello@hilja.store or via the returns portal in your customer account. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.

For hygiene reasons, sealed cosmetics that have been opened after delivery cannot be returned. If an item arrives damaged or defective, we cover the return costs.
