1. Start with clean skin — gently remove makeup and impurities with a mild cleanser.

2. Apply an even layer of the mask with clean fingertips or a brush, avoiding the eye area.

3. Leave on for 2–5 minutes. First-time users should start with 2 minutes to test sensitivity.

4. Rinse off thoroughly with lukewarm water, then splash with cold water to close the pores.

5. Pat the skin dry gently — do not rub, as skin may be sensitive after exfoliating.

6. Follow with a gentle moisturiser to soothe and lock in hydration.

Use 1–2 times a week, leaving at least 3 days between applications. A mild tingling or slight redness is normal and should subside within a few minutes.
